No. A/PM-3/OBC&SCs-2020: It is, hereby, notified for information of all concerned that students belonging to Economically Backward Classes (EBC) other than Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Classes of the State who are desirous of availing EBC Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme, 2020-21 can register their scholarship online on Online Scholarship Management System (OSMS) i.e., www.manipurobcsc.gov.in or www.osmsmanipur.in by uploading the prescribed undertaking/self-declaration of being EBC student on or before 30th January, 2021.
